In the fall, Banff, Jasper, and Yoho National Parks come alive with a breathtaking display of colours, where the formidable mountains provide a stunning contrast to the otherworldly alpine lakes. Falling in love with the heart of the Canadian Rockies feels like a dream realized, especially after years of longing to visit these world-renowned landscapes. A surreal experience, where my imagination turned into tangible, awe-inspiring memories - it’s not hard to see why Canada is one of Ryan’s favourite places on Earth.

We loved it so much we decided to return in the deep winter, which blanketed the region in snow and transformed it into the Winter Wonderland of my dreams. Those same unforgettably sheer mountains and glaciers rising abruptly from frozen lakes, the utter abundance of truly jaw-dropping snow-covered scenes, left us pinching ourselves that this is the season of life we are in.
